Our AC was getting worse all summer, and on the hottest weekend of the year it finally failed. We called on Labor Day, and they fit us in the very next day to get it fixed. Not only that, they worked with us and our schedule to make sure the work got done. Very happy with the customer service!
This company displayed honesty, perhaps a rarity in this business. I called On the Mark to look at my mother in law's furnace after she was hospitalized for carbon monoxide poisoning. I also called 4 other HVAC companies in A2. 3 of those said her furnace needed replacement and quoted $3200-3900, a real hardship for her. Mark (I think the owner) tested the furnace and found nothing wrong, then found the source, a gas clothes dryer exhaust leak! Later, another furnace expert and family friend confirmed that her furnace was in perfect working order. I really appreciate on the mark not taking advantage of an elderly woman and I would definitely recommend them.
I've had nothing but great experiences with On the Mark. They are friendly, keep their appointments, and have a great dispatch who will work with you on your appointment times / reminders / etc. We had Paul out to fix our furnace, and he was on-time, fun to talk to, took great care of our home, and explained what he was doing. I really appreciate it, and have had enough work done on our house over the years to not take this kind of great service for granted.
Our central air unit was not working. Not only did we have a repair tech. Arrive within in an hour but he was very kind and patient to my child who is autistic. She kept wanting to hold the tech's hand and take him around the house. She must of felt the natural kindness from the guy just like I did. Yes our central air is running great. Thank you!!!
