Our AC was getting worse all summer, and on the hottest weekend of the year it finally failed. We called on Labor Day, and they fit us in the very next day to get it fixed. Not only that, they worked with us and our schedule to make sure the work got done. Very happy with the customer service!



This company displayed honesty, perhaps a rarity in this business. I called On the Mark to look at my mother in law's furnace after she was hospitalized for carbon monoxide poisoning. I also called 4 other HVAC companies in A2. 3 of those said her furnace needed replacement and quoted $3200-3900, a real hardship for her. Mark (I think the owner) tested the furnace and found nothing wrong, then found the source, a gas clothes dryer exhaust leak! Later, another furnace expert and family friend confirmed that her furnace was in perfect working order. I really appreciate on the mark not taking advantage of an elderly woman and I would definitely recommend them.



I've had nothing but great experiences with On the Mark. They are friendly, keep their appointments, and have a great dispatch who will work with you on your appointment times / reminders / etc. We had Paul out to fix our furnace, and he was on-time, fun to talk to, took great care of our home, and explained what he was doing. I really appreciate it, and have had enough work done on our house over the years to not take this kind of great service for granted.

Our central air unit was not working. Not only did we have a repair tech. Arrive within in an hour but he was very kind and patient to my child who is autistic. She kept wanting to hold the tech's hand and take him around the house. She must of felt the natural kindness from the guy just like I did. Yes our central air is running great. Thank you!!!

I would like to compliment Mark and his crew. They did and outstanding job of a failing heating and cooling system in our dental office. From start to finish they were professional, on time and were in and out without any mess or dust as they had to install ceiling vents etc. I highly recommend Mark and his team.

"On The Mark Mechanical" is the decent and ethical business I have encountered. My furnace was broken, and I had a free consultation right after the call. They did not charge a penny, and honestly told me that there is no need to replace with a new one (though my furnace is 12-yr-old). The mechanic even helped find out the issue "the igniter problem" RIGHT AWAY".

While other big company (so called serving the area over 75 years), told me 2 days ago that I needed to replace the control board AGAIN (just last year I paid $500 for the control board plus $280 for labor cost) later I found out that Lennox control board just sold from $80-150 on both amazon.com and Ebay. I complained to the "Big Company" and they didn't refund me.

Back to "On the Mark Mechnical" , they are very honest business. He told me that "Igniter problem" and didn't even charge me and clearly gave me options, no need to buy new control board, no need to buy new furnace. He even taught me how to "avoid being scammed" . When Mark (the boss) said "I dare not rob money out of people, Im worried that my blessings would be taken away" ......I know that his mind/ company's ethic is being self-monitored. Based on my experience, think twice before choosing local business. I highly recommend "On the Mark Mechanical" . I hope their honesty, diligence, excellent service will make their business thrive very well.

Using Yelp to find an HVAC company, I called to have a whole house humidifier repaired. I chose On the Mark Mechanical and I am very satisfied that I did. Joseph was the technician and he was polite, friendly and did the job quickly and efficiently. He explained that it was simply a filter that needed to be changed and when that was done he even cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend On the Mark Mechanical Company.
